Whether you are planning pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum, or have children under the age of two, this expo is for you!
This expo is designed specifically for pregnant and postpartum mommas. Start your day off with pastries and flowers from local food trucks outside of the venue. Your ticket will include access into the building for you, your partner and children under 13. It also includes access to our morning fitness class, prenatal yoga class, two educational classes taught by local doulas and two raffle tickets for our giveaway prizes.
You will also have the advantage to have a mommy mini maternity/family photoshoot, your baby's photoshoot with our mini ultrasound 3D/4D sessions, a mommy massage and many more opportunities you can only get at this expo.

She can help with topics ranging from milk supply concerns, back to work, pumping, slow weight gain, oral function, weaning, and bottle feeding. Her true passion in life is helping Mamas feed their babies. Melanie plans on selling her breastfeeding guide, as well as having little surprises to pass out to moms at the expo!

Hi, I am Tracy of Just Another Mom Photography. I specialize in maternity (motherhood) photography for many reasons; but the most important is that I can totally relate to my clients. I'm a mom too! " I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and found a passion for helping women with core and pelvic floor issues through my own journey through birth and motherhood. After a difficult birth and early postpartum period, I found a way to get back to the movement and exercises I loved when I found Restore Your Core®(RYC.) I completed my training to become a certified RYC® teacher with founder, Lauren Ohayon, in 2021. Using this approach, I strive to share tools to learn about how your own body works and adjusts through life so that you can have less pain and more function and strength for whatever your goals are. I love working with the pregnant and postpartum population and continued my training by becoming a 200H Registered Yoga Teacher through Blue Ridge Yoga in Knoxville as well as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher through Yoga & Ayurveda Center. I am also a certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist through Jessie Mundell. I love being able to weave RYC concepts throughout my yoga practice and my daily life. I offer group and 1:1 sessions in RYC®, functional yoga, and pre/postnatal yoga through series at local studios, private sessions, and Zoom."
